Featuring the GreenFlux 1602 PF Atmosin brazing flux, a brazing flux without carcinogenic, mutagenic or reprotoxic substances brought to you by Castolin Eutectic.

GreenFlux 1602PF Atmosin is a paste flux compound mixture of complex potassium salts, borates, fluoroborates without boric acid or SVHC substances. It is designed for capillary brazing of joints with ternary and quaternary alloys including high silver, CuP and CuPAg alloys such as: Castolin 1800, 1665, 1655, 5286RB and 5246RB.

This non-toxic brazing flux is completely safe and does not include any compounds that could potentially cause cancer, mutations, or birth defects—making it a safe option for industries such as medical instruments, food processing, HVAC and refrigeration.

GreenFlux 1602PF Atmosin can be used on:

  • HVAC: Brass valve to copper tube
  • Refrigeration: CuFe tube
  • Food: Stainles steel pipes
  • Medical Instrumentation: Stainless steel medical instruments

Just a tiny amount of flux effectively removes oxides from a large area—making it a compact yet powerful solution for your brazing projects!
