GarLine is designed to last, incorporating aerospace-grade materials that ensure optimum EMI isolation, even in TIG welding processes.

The Garline sensor is IP67 and features an operational range from -20°C to 70°C, integrated cooling channels compatible with either water or vortex air cooling, and a gas knife to reduce spatter damage to protective lenses. 

POWERFUL &
DYNAMIC

Garmo has developed an intuitive interface to configure a large range of weld seams covering the majority of welding applications, granting the power to apply tolerance zones to identified geometry, filter out noise & reflections and average out data.

This lets the Garline sensor dynamically provide position correction feedback with fewer deviations caused by surface conditions, reflective materials and weld spatter.

TECHNOLOGY &
COMPATIBILITY

The Garline is a fully embedded IoT sensor system, with a quad core processor and 4GB of RAM onboard, the sensor is capable of capturing and processing weld seam cross sections at a rate of 42FPS.

Unlike most other laser tracking systems, the Garline is very easy to integrate with its use of standard modern IoT Protocols. No external controller or software system is required to configure or power the device as it utilises PoE, TCP/IP Sockets and a web interface for seam configuration.
