SMENCO Fronius Gold T-Shirt – Terms & Conditions
By participating in this promotion, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1 This promotion is open to customers who purchase a Fronius Fortis welding machine from SMENCO.
1.2 Each eligible customer will receive one (1) limited-edition gold Fronius t-shirt per one (1) Fronius Fortis machine purchased.
1.3 Only the first 50 machines sold will qualify for this offer. Each t-shirt will feature a unique number from 1 to 50, corresponding to the order of purchase.
1.4 This promotion is a complimentary gift and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit, or alternative products.
1.5 Offer available while stocks last and valid only for purchases made through authorised SMENCO channels.
2. Order Validation
2.1 All submitted orders are subject to verification by SMENCO to ensure they are genuine and made by real customers.
2.2 SMENCO reserves the right to decline providing a free t-shirt if the order is deemed suspicious, spam, or not from an actual customer.
2.3 SMENCO may request additional proof of purchase to validate eligibility. If required, participants will be contacted via the email address provided.
3. Availability
3.1 Free t-shirts are offered while stocks last. Sizes and availability are limited and may vary.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping times may vary between 7–14 business days depending on the participant’s location.
4.2 T–shirts will be delivered to the address provided in the claim form.
4.3 SMENCO is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses supplied by participants, or circumstances beyond SMENCO’s reasonable control.
4.4 For correction of delivery address, participants are encouraged to reach out immediately to sales@smenco.com.au
5. Promotion Changes
5.1 SMENCO reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
