The Push System is great for welding carbon steel and stainless steel.
Each system includes a Fronius TPS320i, UR10e/20, Siegmund Welding Table and accessories, Fronius Synergic Standard, Pulse and Synchro-Pulse.
Additional Processes such as PMC, PMC mix, LSC and LSC root are also available The Push Pull System below would be recommended for Aluminium applications.

The Push-Pull system is exceptional for welding carbon steel and stainless steel, but especially aluminium.

THG Mobile Base System
By integrating the UR cobot, controller, a manual wirefeeder & Fronius power source into a sturdy yet highly compact footprint that can be easily redeployed with a pallet truck or forklift, The THG Mobile Base system lets customers deploy cobots in places not conventionally thought possible.
The Mobile Base is fully compatible with both the UR10e and UR20, along with the full range of Fronius TPSi Push, Push-Pull & CMT robotic welding systems. Robotic TIG, Plasma Cutting, Gripping & Polishing Can optionally be deployed in this package as well – the possibilities are extensive.
To complement the quality of THG automation and Fronius Welding machines we will be supplying every complete system with a Siegmund brand fixture kit with every table.
Siegmund Welding Tables are the Hardest, Most Durable and Extraordinarily Flat Welding Tables Available in the World.
The hardened X7 Steel (the 8.7 Series), is specially made for Siegmund in Germany. This steel is of a considerably higher hardness grade compared to 98% of the welding tables in the market. With the Series 8.7 Siegmund Welding tables, the top plate achieves a hardness of 850 vickers after the Plasma Nitration and the BAR-Treatment. The higher hardness also helps maintain the flatness of the weld table.
