IntaCal® is a very clever device that allows inflation of the dams and purging of the system at the optimum flow rate to ensure minimum usage of expensive inert gas.
Coupled with the new PurgeGate® mechanism, QuickPurge® systems are guaranteed for life to not to over inflate and burst due to over pressurisation, thereby ruining the systems.
The new positioning device RootGlo® uses a luminescent glow band in the center of the device to help the welder position QuickPurge® Systems within the dark cavity of the pipe. Visual identification of positioning can be made easily now through the root gap of the pipe joint with RootGlo®.
